In today's video we will cover how to strength train for the best results with your knee.   

People commonly focus only on a portion of one of the 4 pillars - just the exercises for the muscles that attach to the knee (quads, hamstrings) and ignore all of the rest.

But that is not enough…and you won’t get the results you are hoping for. Your knee function depends on the whole kinetic chain - from your feet to your core - to be strong.  

By training your whole lower kinetic chain, you will strengthen and stabilize your knees - and help your hips and back too.  


When your whole kinetic chain is strong and stable, you will not worry about balance, climbing stairs, sitting in a chair (and getting up) and your confidence in your knees and in your body will skyrocket.
